Are your products tested on animals?
All of our products are cruelty free and paraben free. W Cosmetics does not test on animals in either the development or production stages of our products.
Are your products vegan?
Majority of our products are vegan. All of our ingredients will be clearly labeled for each product.
Does your makeup shades look exactly like they do on the website?
Here at W Cosmetics we try our best to make sure that we provide the best representation of our colors on our website. Colors may vary depending on skin tone.
Is there a smell to the W Cosmetics Liquid Lipsticks?
Our Liquid Lipstick do not contain fragrances. Because we are vegan and paraben free, some liquid lip shades have the smell of what we call “raw ingredients” which has a ‘chemical like’ fragrance to it. Nothing is wrong with the lipstick and it is 100% guaranteed fresh. We choose not to use artificial fragrances to mask it.

Do you take Afterpay and how does it work?
Absolutely. With Afterpay you receive your W Cosmetics products now and pay for them later! Your total today is broken out into 4 equal payments, so you only pay 1/4 today. Available on all orders over $35.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to accept returns.
My products were delivered damaged, what do I do?
If goods are damaged, please send a description of the damage, a photo with the damaged item, as well as your order number to email@example.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to return a faulty product please send an email to:

Can I cancel my order?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. We cannot cancel an order after it has been processed.
Cancellation requests should be emailed to email@example.com with the subject line: REQUEST TO CANCEL within 24 hours of your order being placed.

How will my order be processed and shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped via USPS on business days only, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holiday will be processed the next operating business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently W Cosmetics does not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States.
Can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your item has shipped. You can also track your item by creating an account using the email address used to purchase your items. You will be able to locate all information about your order under your account.
